Note for all sales: We are still making appointments for customers in order to control the spacing, per the LA County Health Dept. guidelines, and to make sure we can have the appropriate number of staff members to give the quality service each customer deserves.

Mon-Fri 7:30-5 by appointment

Please schedule your service appointment so we can properly distance and minimize customer wait time during the write up. As reopening of the city/county continues, we will move to Saturday maintenance to accommodate our working customers as needed.

**Physical distancing and infection control protocols will strictly be adhered to, and cloth face coverings will need to be worn.



First and foremost, we want you to know that we value the health and safety of our customers and staff. As a business, Antelope Valley Lincoln is taking the extra steps necessary to maintain a healthy and sanitary workplace while still meeting our customers' needs.

We continue to monitor information from state health authorities and the CDC for their guidance and recommendations on how we can help to prevent the spread of this virus.

Among other measures and in accordance with "Safer at Home Restrictions," throughout our organization, we have:
  • Instructed our employees to frequently wash their hands and to stay home if they feel sick
  • Encouraged social distancing and eliminated handshakes
  • Added new hand sanitizer stations throughout our stores
  • Increased the frequency of cleaning each day
  • Increased cleaning of high traffic areas, such as door handles, countertops, and restrooms
  • Cancelled large meetings and travel throughout our entire company
  • Instructed employees to follow all CDC guidelines and closely monitor their health
  • Added Vehicle Pick Up and Delivery
  • Instituted the ability to Shop from Home online or Over the Phone
  • Instituted the sanitization of all vehicles before and after each service or repair, with particular attention to steering wheels, controls and door handles.
  • Put the Six Foot Rule in force
  • Installed Air Purifier Machines
  • Closed our Service Waiting Room
  • Instituted the taking of all employees temperatures and performing a health check before starting work
  • Changed our business hours
  • Instituted the wearing of cloth face coverings
  • Necessitated the use of appointments to ensure social distancing and safety

If you would rather not visit a store, or do not feel well, please visit our website to browse inventory, set an appointment, or chat with us. If you have any concerns about an existing sales or service appointment, we would be happy to reschedule; please contact the store or salesperson to do so. We also offer you the ability to avoid our dealership all-together and to complete your entire vehicle purchase online and to have your vehicle delivered directly to your home or office.


All service and repair is by appointment only and we have closed our waiting room for your safety. Our goal is to continue with our customer's service, repair and parts sales as needed so your transportation isn't disrupted. The sales department has modified their process so we can assist you from home. We can help you with the entire sale online as needed.

Our website is a helpful resource for shopping and researching vehicles, finding service and parts information, and communicating directly with the dealership. We will also continue to offer vehicle pick-up and delivery services.
